| C FGLQ is owned by Larry Quinton, Collingwood Ontario. Rebuilt summer of 2008. Equiped with IO 470 Continental engine and 3 bladed hartzell prop. Everything forward of firewall has been upgraded, or replaced. Economy cruise is 167 mph indicated @ 13.5 GPH of 100LL fuel. Takeoffs are a "happening", but landings are extremely docile. Gear down at 125, flaps extended @ 90, over the fence @75, I ve never looked at the airspeed at touchdown, more important to maintain directional control. | |
