| I used to own this airplane in the mid '90's. It was white and yellow when I bought it and ran charter from Seattle to Vancouver with it on a radioactive iodine run weekly. I painted it to look like our Lear and put a new interior in it and it was the nicest looking Skymaster around back then. I bought it for $39,000, flew it for 5 years and sold it for the same $39,000. I've wished I had it back ever since I sold it but I needed money in the business at the time. By the looks of it, $39,000 wouldn't even touch the paint job! What a beautiful transformation. I'd enjoy knowing more about the modifications since then. | |
