| I have a book that states that the A/C Ensign 1 had it's test-flight on the 24th January,1938. It had a wing-span of 123 feet. It was 110 feet long. Weighing 20 tons, and with accommodation for 42 passengers. At this time it was the world's biggest air liner. I have a photo of G-ADSR. which was probably the first one. | |
