| I was interested to find the details of this a/c as I learned to fly in her (also G-AHMN?) at Sywell in winter 52.I was in the ATC and had won a flying scholarship. My instructor was Mr Lesley Hillditch, an ex Fleet Air Arm pilot. Quite a character as I recall. Sorry to read that she crashed in 1954. Was she written off as a result? I have a couple of old photos taken during my training of the a/c. Admin. Listed as having crashed at Newoport Pagnall 1954-07-10. De-registered 2002-03-14 and exported to Sweden. | |
