| The Trident 2E flew the last British Airways Trident Two service in 1985 and was then transferred to the Ground Operations Training Department for use as a ground handling and de-icing training airframe. In March 1990 it was positioned at the end of Runway 09 Left at Heathrow and served there as a non-destructive trainer for emergency drills until being scrapped in March 2000. | |
