| I owned and flew this aircraft from 1976 to 1984, mostly local flights around the Walla Walla valley in Washington state. This was a REAL airplane and one could pull hard on the stick. We cut a lot of toilet paper, did a lot of vertical reversals and mowed a lot of alfalfa. Most memorable flight was taking the Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh's pilot for a ride over the Big Muddy Ranch near Antelope Oregon during my second visit to the commune. He was like a kid with a new toy. Barely able to afford the fuel, I sold her and have regretted it ever since. | |
