| I crewed this aircraft for a number of years when it was at Hamilton Army Air Field ( Novato Ca.) At that time it was assigned to the 343rd Med Det. HA. ( Dustoff) It was built as a Delta model and then converted to a Hotel with the installation of a -13 engine. The data plate reflects this change as does the nose mounted pitot tube. I have pic of this a/c somewhere as it was my first a/c as ce. | |
