| I flew this airplane one time on Sep. 8, 1973 from Van Nuys, California to Palm Springs, California. On the return flight, while VFR on top, the nav radio quit, then the com radio also quit. With my seven year old daughter along for this night flight, it was one I obviously will not forget. Good to see it is still flying. The rental rate at that time was $9.00 an hour, wet. | |
