| I purchased this aircraft new from Piper, through the Piper Dealer at Monarch Aviation, Monterey, California. I flew to Vero Beach, Florida to the Piper Plant and picked up the aircraft and flew it to Monterey, to become a lease-back to Monarch Aviation and to be placed in their fleet as an advanced trainer for Commercial and Instrument Students, as well as for general rental uses. I then trained in this plane for my Commercial rating under my in-service GI Bill funds, as I was active service status in the U. S. Navy at that time. | |
