This plane was rebuilt by Steve Saint to replicate the original N5156H, owned by his father Nate Saint, a missionary who was killed in Ecuador, and whose story was told in the movie "End of the Spear." He was able to acquire the registration from the owner of a C172 who had seen a photo of the original in a book about Nate. |
