| This bird for some time was located at Kotzebue, Alaska. It was used on occasion as a beer hauler from Nome. Story I remember was that it was won in a card game...was brought to Kotzebue where it was used occasionally for bringing in booze (Kotzebue was voted dry by village elders). | |
