| This was the first airplane in which I had some ownership. It was a six person club in Montrose CO. I broke it at Nucla CO when the nose gear support came loose from the firewall and when I touched down, the wheel was sideways which skidded me sideways and off the runway. When I hit the taxiway, the nose gear collapsed. We took the insurance and bought a 73 182, but I always loved 42 bravo | |
