This aircraft was converted from Military to Civilian Registration by the Fort Deven Flying Club, located at Fort Devens, MA sometime around 1968-70. We flew this aircraft for several hours in the club. Aircraft was based at the US Army Airfield Fort Devens MA. We lost an engine on takeoff one day and couldnt afford a new one, so we turned the aircraft back over to the Army for disposition. Several of our members got their Multi in this aircraft. | |
