| I learned to fly in this aircraft in the early 70's. It was owned by Klamath Aircraft Inc. in Klamath Falls OR. In fact, I took my private pilot check flight in this plane. Klamath Aircraft owned a second almost identical Piper Colt with an N number of 5903Z. It is nice to see 28Z is still airworthy! If I remember correctly, they rented for $12.50 per hour w/o instructor back then. | |
