| A friend of mine is a retired Allegheny/USAir Captain, who soloed in THIS AIRCRAFT on his 16th birthday in January of 1957 in Pennsylvania. (His flight instructor was Bob Cowan.) He's been reminiscing and is feeling a bit down (he really misses flying...) and I thought that if I could get a recent photo sent to him of this aircraft, it would thrill him to no end! He was floored that it is still registered when he looked up the N # on the FAA website. Any info or photo I could get for him on this aircraft would be wonderful. Thank you in advance! | |
