| This is the first C-172 I flew just 5 days after receiving my Private Pilot Certificate on 5/7/76 (Age 17). .8hr checkout from CFI Dann Runik 383689712. My only recollection of the flight was that the C-172 was much roomier and stable than the C-150 (N11420) I had flown during flight training and subsequent checkout. Nice memory. Happy to know this wonderful aircraft is still going strong. | |
