| On Sunday 20 January 2007 about 1534 PST this aircraft and N4008V, a Cessna 150 were involved in a mid-air collision over Corona, California near Corona Airport. Both aircraft were destroyed, falling in pieces to the ground. Five fatal, including one on ground. See NTSB report LAX08FA049A. A ground observer indicated no evasive action was taken prior to the mid-air impact. | |
