I rented this aircraft today and enjoyed a nice tour around the local area. N78 is in good shape in general, it does have an unusual radio/comm setup that the owner is expecting to update soon. Nice interior and older possibly original paint in a very 1970's Tan/wht w/ green inside color scheme. Flies like any 172 including not enough elevator authority in the flair w/two pax. Good ac in an area where there aren't many choices. Cheers
