	I bought 8947C from Bob Branch in 1970. It had just gotten an aluminized hull and ceconite wings and tail feathers a couple years earlier. I had it until 1979. I added the Escort 110 for a back-up nav-com. Only sold it because my ex-wife and I had started a family, and it just became too expensive. It was one of the most wonderful experiences of my life. I am now 65 1/2.
