| In 1978, 24U crashed into Cheyenne Mountain and could not be repaired. I was one of 3 owners and we rented out 24U to many students and instructors. Cause was pilot error when pilot realized He could't turn or climb out of the canyon he had flown into. He land, full flaps into the pine trees. It came to rest upside down and pillt and passenger kicked out the windshiels and walk out, down the canon to a house for help. Both were not hurt in the landing. | |
