| As of February 2010 this for sale A/C has several outstanding ADs, totaling $4400 in estimated repairs. It also had a prop strike in 2009 and was repaired as per AD. AD did not require engine tear down. 3 hours after prop strike, crankshaft oil seal leaked. Oil seal has been repaired but .3 hours have been logged since. Read into this as you will.
