N8059X, 1961 Cessna 172B C/N 17248559, 59X at Big Flat (6 miles north of Shelter Cove,Ca) in 1981.Was used by many pilots for fly ins & camping until it became a national wilderness area known as The Lost Coast. O well.

  • N8059X @ Q59 - One spring day at the old Fremont airport in calif. This happened every other year or so. It was very good at keeping the dust down. By the way, 59X is sitting on  pallets. Water is 2-3 feet deep.If you didnt move your plane in time, this was next best. - by S B J by S B J @ Q59
