39246, 1945 Taylorcraft BC-12D Twosome C/N 6500, Tcrafts 246 & 420 with Champ 24E fueling at Enterprise airport (now closed)in Redding,Ca,mid way through an 8+ hour fun flight,perhaps my most enjoyable single day of flying. Yes we did do a lot of flying back then and all without any radios.
