N9078E, 1946 Aeronca 11AC Chief C/N 11AC-710, 78E flys south in the Calif central valley.In the distance to the west is seen Mt Diablo (3865 ft)which is the most prominent landmark and can be seen for a hundred miles.On VFR days it made navigation easy.
