44-83020, 1943 Lockheed XP-80A Shooting Star C/N 140-1001,

"Lulu-Belle" on display in the Jet Aviation exhibition at the National Air and Space Museum. Designed by the famous Clarence L. "Kelly" Johnson, this aircraft was produced in only 143 days during World War II in Lockheed's 'Skunk Works', flying on 8/1/44.
