N103NA @ KCGZ - I have a lot of respect for the Designer of this DC-3/C-47 gear. Many degrees of freedom, assembly issues, and fits and tolerances to manage.

N103NA @ KCGZ		 N48671 @ KCGZ - The planes owner told me the same tail wheel unit was used on other Fairchild aircraft and the wheels axle needs to be further aft of the tail wheel strut to prevent shimmy.

N48671 @ KCGZ		 N930V @ KCGZ - Antique people have wrinkles. So I guess its fitting that this antique plane has them too. Note the wing trailing edge.
N930V @ KCGZ		 N946E @ KCGZ - Note the absence of an exhaust collector ring and the 1929 Oregon aircraft license plate. The ying-yang symbol is a tribute to John Thurmond, an early aircraft restorer, who incorporated it into all his planes.
