Runway 28 threshold at the closed Vaerloese Air Base in Denmark. The runway was built in 1952-1953. The air base closed in 2004. Since October 2013 the airfield has been used occasionally for airshows.

3 de Havilland DHC-1 Chipmunks at a small 3-plane airshow at the former Vaerloese Air Base in Denmark (OY-ATF, -AVF, -ALD). This was the first time aircraft landed at the airfield since the location became a civilian area.

Hangar 6 at the former Vaerloese Air Base in Denmark. This hangar was built in 1942 and was used by German Luftwaffe 1942-1945. 1946-2008 used by Danish Air Force for major aircraft overhauls. Today the hangar is used as a film studio.
