Entrance to the airport - located on top of hill about 7k outside of Whangarei itself.

A VERY friendly airfield. Best to visit on a Saturday lunchtime when most busy hosting a weekly lunch for aviators.

Located about 5k from airfield on SH10 towards Paihia is this helicopter operation. The aircraft in glass fronted hangar next to road.

View of local hangar and terminal outdoor area. This airfield is most common first or last stop for light aircraft being imported or exported by air from new Zealand.
