N2980, 1940 Vickers Wellington 1A C/N Not found N2980, Vickers Wellington 1A at Brooklands airfield. Recovered from Loch Ness in September 1985. Aircraft was built at Brooklands in 1939. First flight being on the 16th November 1939. Photo shows well the geodetic construction developed by Barnes Wallis.
