N30784 @ AOO - 784 at Altoona,Pa. in 9-1940. This was a weather delay.Wayne (my dads friend & N3257M owner)with two pilots flying 2 new J3s (one J3 in picture) to Oklahoma and 6 local kids. Neckties and kids at an airport-definitely a different time!

N39932 - 932 on Mud Lake south of Tonopah,Nv. next to R4809. Found several spent shell casings that were obviously from an aircraft, even though I was out of the restricted area.Notice the boundary posts behind 932. O well.
