33355 was the airplane flown by Kenneth Arnold in 1947 when he spotted a formation of fast flying winged shaped craft passing near Mt Ranier - one of the first popular "flying saucer" or UFO sightings. How very neat to have an airplane with some historical significance.
Would be nice to know if the color scheme from original has been retained.

I was a fractional owner of this aircraft in Idaho in 1968. We rebuilt it from scratch almost. I visited the Call brothers in Afton and received advertising materials from the aircraft company. One had a woman in a long black dress and huge hat standing on the wing. The A-3 was the personal plane of the Call brothers and they told me they used to take it into the mountains at 17,000 feet, land on the side of a mountain (with the skis), take snow depth readings for the Forest Service, then slide off the mountain to take off. This plane was built in 1947 and had the 6 cylinder 125 hp Continental.
