November 10, 2004 Piper N803ZG Crashed into a mountian on Victor Airway 183 North of Santa Barbara Ca while on VFR advisories from LA Route Traffic Control Center. All three on board were killed. The controller did not issues a terrain-related saftey alert, as required by the FAA. Pilot missed the top of the trees by a few feet.
