I was in this aircraft (10/20/02) when we blew a piston and suffered a "catastrophic engine failure" while flying 3,000 ft. over the Snake River Canyon in Idaho. What a heart-thumping 6 minutes! Lived to tell the tale, though, so it could have been much, much worse. However, I wouldn't go up in THAT plane again!!
