I am Rudy Schroeder. I owned this plane and flew it over Seattle as "The KOL Sky SPy" reporting traffic around 1965 for KOL Radio. I put some hours flying and enjoying this Waco UPF-7. I was 35 and sing in those days and took a lot of girls for a ride.
