O01, Santa Rosa Air Center was a well used airport by the warbird pilots,so with 7K feet of runway, not having enough runway was seldom an issue.Some large hangars were demolished by the time this picture was taken.

- Santa Rosa Air Center in California.It was closed in 1992 and was a former WWII navy base.While not a busy GA airport,it was still one of my favorite stops.Seems every visit, there was something new to see.View is south. - by S B J
