J-4087 @ LSMI - In 1994 the very last exercise was held at Interlaken. In the background is the Hunter flightline where all participating aircraft were parked. J-4087 is still flying as HB-RVU. - by Joop de Groot

J-4087 @ LSMP - During the early nineties the Swiss skies were black with Hunters. It was not uncommon to see more than ten flying a day. This came to a sudden halt when the Hunter was withdrawn in 1994. - by Joop de Groot

J-4138 @ LSMJ - This red paint lasted just one day. Hours after the disbanding ceremony of Fliegerstaffel 2 the paint was removed again. J-4138 was wfu September 1993 and scrapped. - by Joop de Groot

J-4050 @ LSMJ - Turtmann was situated in the heart of the Alps. After take off the aircraft had to make a steep climb out of the Rhone valley. This Hunter carries two large bombs underneath the wings, making the aircraft even less manouvrable. - by Joop de Groot
