The plaque accompanying this exhibit mentions Bureau number 68-15542. The helicopter was recently repainted to represent that ship. However, other photos document this aircraft as sistership 68-15543, before she was repainted. The tail section in those photos is of a different color and, therefore, may have come from a different helicopter. One Web site lists 15542 as having been lost in action in Vietnam. The consensus is that this aircraft is indeed 68-15543, which served with the 68th and 118th AHC.
