Crashed into farm storage buildings and caught fire 7 miles south-west of Camp Humphreys/Desiderio AAF, Pyongtaek, Korea on Aug 12, 2003. Both crew killed. Aircraft was undergoing a test flight after replacement stall strips had been fitted to outer edge of wings. Failure to follow correct procedures when attempting to create stall conditions led to aircraft entering irrecoverable spin.
