Lima November is the only airworthy prototype Pup. The aircraft has quite a few differences over production versions making her, as confirmed by Sir Charles Macefield, "The best Pup we ever built". Production aircraft suffered at the hands of cost cutting accountants, Lima November was built by engineers with a free hand on the purse strings!!
