This aircraft rescued from the weapons range at China Lake and made air-worthy for the short flight to Tucson, Arizona, during November 1979. Further work was conducted and the aircraft flown to The Imperial War Museum at Duxford U.K via RAF Mildenhall . The aircraft was fully restored by the Imperial War Museum and is currently displayed in the American Air Museum painted in the markings of " It's Hawg Wild".
NOTE: It is suggested that only photos taken during its registration for the flight from the USA to the UK are added to this profile.
