Interpolating from Joe Baugher's military aircraft serial number lists, US Navy Bureau no. 69323 equates to General Motors c/n 2062.
According to those lists, the range of USN Bu. nos. from 68062 to 69538 was assigned to the producion block of General Motors TBM-3 Avengers with c/n 801 to 2277.

A "Grumman" TBM Avenger is an oxymoron. All Avengers actually built by Grumman were designated as TBF series aircraft by the US Navy. TBM series Avenger aircraft were actually built or manufactured instead by the Eastern Aircraft division of General Motors and as such should be properly identified and/or registgered as "Eastern Aircraft" or "General Motors" TBM series Avengers.

This aircraft has been sold to an individual ( David Huffman ) in Oklahoma City, 73142. The aircraft is under restoration to WWII configuration from a fire-bomber. I will submit photos when I get some time.
