This helicopter crashed on May 10, 2008 killing
all 3 on board. 1 pilot, 1 doctor, and 1 nurse.
Crashed near La Crosse, WI. It was a MedFlight Helicopter for University of Wisconsin Hospital. Crashed after dropping off a patient.
