I purchased this aircraft fro Piper Finance who had repossesed it. There was about 180 hours on it. Took delivery from Piper in Florida. Always kept in a heated hanger. Maintained by Modern Aero in Minnesota. Many upgrades to panel, paint wing tips . ran it out to 1748 hours and sold. Understood the person I sold to had an approch to landing stall and crashed.
