My father bought this airplane in 1956 in Klamath Falls, Oregon. I was 16 at the time. I learned to fly in this airplane and obtained my private pilot's license. I had a lot of fun with this plane. My father owned a lumber yard and sold cement. Sometimes a bag would break. My brother and I would bag up the loose cement in one pound bags and then go bomb cattle in the surrounding ranches. Never hit one but a one pound bag of cement really makes the dust fly when it hits the ground.
