N4105G, according to the Web site of the Mid Atlantic Air Museum (www.maam.org), belongs to a Teeter BG-12 sailplane, built in 1975. The information in your database follows the information I found in the FAA registry database - same make and model but two different types of aircraft - very strange. Perhaps this serial number has been re-used. I am including a photo of the aircraft at the MAAM.
