Steve Lantz' beautiful Seabee restoration project was involved in a serious accident on 2011-01-21 during a landing on Lake Shasta, CA. The aircraft hit a submerged object and sank - fortunately Lantz and his two passengers escaped unharmed. The aircraft was recovered and evidently repaired as it was re-registered N46PH to PD2Fly Airmotive of Nisswa, MN on 2014-07-30.
