Aircraft N4951T Data

I took both my Commercial and Instrument check rides in N4951T at Altus Flying Service OK. I also used N4951T for most of my time building and did all my instrument training in this plane.

Hadn't seen he plane since 1978 then in 2007 I was walking across the ramp in Chandler AZ and there it sat right in front of the FBO for sale. Just like seeing an old friend.

We owned this aircraft from 1991 until late 1997. Prior to our purchase from a reseller in Little rock AK where it was taken in from a trade for a larger corperate aircraft. We had before purchase a new paint and interior installed. In the following 3 years we replaced number 1 ILS GS/Comm with a KX-155. It had an all King panel. The last year we owned it I paid for a $5K annual installing new ELT with panel activation switch, and every last item perfected. Had to sell due to illness, this aircraft gave me some of the best times in my flying life as it was purchased to take to a flight academy where I received a Commercial and Instrument rating. Also added or updated the rotating beacon to strobes. Wish to death I had it again.
