Re: N6NA (the “Aircraft”) located at Opa-Locka Airport (the “Premises”)

NOTICE FOR REMOVAL OF AIRCRAFT

Dear Sir or Madam,

We have discovered that you have the above-referenced Aircraft stored on a portion of the Premises. AA Acquisitions, LLC is the sublessor of the Premises pursuant to that Lease Agreement (“Lease”) Amended and Restated Development Lease Agreement between Miami-Dade County, Florida Lessor, and AA Acquisitions, LLC Lessee.

AA Acquisitions, LLC is unaware of any agreement between you and any third party authorizing the Aircraft to be on the Premises. AA Acquisitions, LLC is not a party to any arrangement under which you are maintaining the Aircraft on the Premises and is not responsible for the safety and security of your Aircraft or for any obligations regarding the Aircraft that a third party may have undertaken.

You are hereby notified that you must remove the Aircraft from the Premises on or before September 30, 2008 (the “Removal Date”). Your failure to remove the Aircraft by the Removal Date will result in AA Acquisitions, LLC removing the Aircraft from the Premises, hold you responsible for the costs and expense of removal and/or otherwise exercising its rights under applicable law.

If you are interested in entering into an agreement with AA Acquisitions, LLC in connection with the storage of the Aircraft, please notify Brad Nojaim (bnojaim@adlergroup.com) or Brian Kettler (bkettler@adlergroup.com) via email and/or by phone at (305) 687-2144 within ten (10) calendar days from date of this letter. Such discussions will not be deemed to be a withdrawal of this Notice of Removal Date unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you fail to respond to this correspondence and do not otherwise remove the Aircraft, AA Acquisitions, LLC will take such action as may be necessary and appropriate regarding the removal of the Aircraft.
