Just happy memories. Over 30 years ago I looked forward regularly to day's end so I could take '59L for a pleasant open-canopy cruise from the Orange County A/P along the shoreline, watch the sunset and the nightlights of SoCal come to life, return after an hour or so and "tuck her in" for the night. Although she belonged to the Rockwell Flying Club and they had many aircraft, there was something special about '59L, so I sorta regarded her as "mine." I've often wondered wistfully how my old friend is faring, and I'm glad to see that she's still flying. We shared many interesting adventures.
