This aircraft was destroyed on September 16, 2009 when it experienced control problems immediately after takeoff from KHWD for KSQL and struck the top of buildings to the left of runway. Pilot OK. This was first post-maintenance flight. http://ntsb.gov/ntsb/GenPDF.asp?id=WPR09LA451&rpt=fa)
